The aim of this study is to determine the attitudes of Kazakh learners who learn Turkish as a foreign/second language towards Turkish. For this purpose, Kazakh students were given “Attitude towards Turkish as a Target Language” and the obtained data were analyzed with quantitative methods. The study includes A2-C1 level Kazakh learners who learn Turkish as a foreign/second language and completed Turkish learning process. As a result of the data obtained, the attitudes of the learners were analyzed through SPSS 22.0. The gender, age, language level, and country variables of the learners were taken into consideration while evaluating. In line with the data obtained, it was determined that the gender variable did not make a significant difference; however, the attitudes of the learners who are older, learn Turkish as a second and have completed the Turkish education process are positive. In the light of all these evaluations, solution suggestions were presented to improve Kazakh learners' attitudes towards learning Turkish in a positive way and to reduce their anxiety.
